Tremendous IssueI am an honest man. I had a very unfortunate VRBO experience.Checking in was comfortable and easy. This VRBO is spacious. This VRBO could accommodate several people comfortably. The location is wonderful and exactly what I desired. There were a few small maintenance issues I noticed but after a quick discussion with the owners accommodated and will not be an issue anymore. Now…. The serious issue.I am notifying potential residents about the issue itself. This issue was not addressed in the description of the VRBO. This VRBO’s next door neighbors live within a 10 second walk. The neighbors own a BIG German Shepard dog. This dog has a very loud bark and when outside will bark non-stop. The dog is outside from about 7am–7:10am and around 6pm-6:10 pm. 10 minutes in the early morning and 10 minutes in the early evening. Tremendously loud barking.Barking at 7am was a serious issue for me, serious enough for me to leave several days early. You could make the argument that’s it’s only at 7am for 10 minutes. That’s fine but you just need to be prepared. Perhaps its past “quiet hours”, but again you need to be prepared. The dog shocked me awake every morning. One of my friends and her 10-month-old visited from Utah and spent the night. Her son sleeps a lot. But in the morning after several minutes of barking the child woke up scared and was crying almost the entire day. My friend was anxious and in tears herself throughout the day. I felt horrible.

Loved the little house and how close all the shops and everything was!!!

Lived the propert! Grwat backyard and comfortable beds. Host was easy to communicate with. Will be back

We stayed for a long weekend for a family event. We were hardly in the home except to sleep and shower, but it was clean and had basic shower needs. We loved the location right off odmf Fremont and near the freeway for easy access and Barb was always quick and friendly during communication.
